Choco Mallow Coco (CMC) is a small bespoke bakery found in the heart of Henley on Thames. We do not currently have a shop/cafe but it is something we are working on! CMC was founded at the beginning of 2011 by Chloe Hill-Thomas, who after spending many years working as a trained accountant decided to up sticks and start a business in the wonderful world of cake and that is how Choco Mallow Coco was born. Chloe wanted to make sure her business stood for everything she loves and believes in, so only the freshest, finest, friendliest ingredients go into a CMC creation.

Chloe has been baking, entering and winning cooking competitions since she first started secondary school, and recently won a bake-off on Eric Lanlard's ‘Baking Mad’ TV programme aired on Channel 4, where she was highly congratulated by Eric himself on the finish and imaginative design of her cake.
